Job summary

The West Chester Area School District invites applications for the 2026-2027 Game Worker at Henderson High School in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The position supports the athletic program by assisting in a variety of roles to ensure events run smoothly and safely, under the direction of the Athletic Director and school leadership.

Responsibilities vary by event and may include coordination with administrators, staff, and volunteers; adherence to the current collective bargaining agreement; and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent necessary.
• Proficiency in the use of technology for individual communication and research.
• Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to interface diplomatically with other teachers, administrators, parents, students, support staff and outside professional contacts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating athletic events as directed by the Athletic Director or Principal.
• Report to the Athletic Director for high school sports and collaborate with staff and parents.
• Comply with the terms of employment and applicable collective bargaining agreement.
