Job summary

Qualifications

• NFHS coaching certifications required or in progress.
• Valid NC driver's license preferred.
• Ability to adhere to NC high school athletics standards.

Responsibilities

• Holds organizational meetings for team prospects and encourages participation.
• Assesss players' skills and assigns team positions.
• Develops regular practice schedules and organizes time for team and individual development.
• Works with athletic director to schedule facilities for practices and competitions.
• Coaches and instructs players on rules, equipment, and techniques.
• Monitors academics to ensure eligibility standards are met and promotes high standards.
