Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) seeks a dedicated Resource Education Teacher at the high-school level in Littleton, CO. This full-time, on-site role supports students with disabilities through individualized instruction and collaboration with general education teachers and families.

You will develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress toward goals, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering an inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education from an accredited program.
• Current state certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction to students with disabilities, ensuring access to the general education curriculum.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Monitor and assess students' progress toward IEP goals, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education services.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the development of goals and objectives.
• Provide behavioral support and intervention strategies for students with emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports all students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
