Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field required.
• Michigan teaching certification with K-12 Special Education endorsement.
• CI endorsement required.
• Experience developing IEPs and applying evidence-based practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction for a small high school caseload with cognitive impairments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs; track progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support academic, social, and functional growth.
• Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes independence and student success.
