• Commitment to the mission and programs of Williamsburg Charter High School.
• Experience working with youth and adolescent population.
• At least two years of coaching experience; knowledge of softball curriculum and safety.

Responsibilities

• Train athletes, prepare them for competition, and develop softball skills.
• Enforce discipline, nurture student needs, and model sportsmanlike behavior.
• Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Monitor student progress and performance; report findings as needed.
• Collaborate with staff on student performance in softball and academics.
• Travel to away games or events and maintain relationships with the Athletics Program Director.
