The Assistant Coach will assist in instruction, scout for talent, manage practices, and foster collaboration among team members. A high school diploma and knowledge of the sport are required. The stipend for the position is set at $4,523.23 for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge of softball including rules and strategies.
• Certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and instructing student-athletes.
• Plan and conduct practices for athlete skill improvement.
• Monitor academic eligibility of student-athletes.
