Responsibilities

• Support approximately 10 students on your caseload and build relationships with the broader student population.
• Provide proactive support for student behavior, social-emotional needs, and conflict.
• Facilitate conflict mediation and restorative conversations.
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and school staff.
• Lead family engagement initiatives.
• Track student data and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the school team to support students with emotional/behavioral needs.
• Provide support beyond required IEP service minutes.
