Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited program.
• Must possess and maintain Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Social Worker license (Code 50) or be eligible to obtain.
• Experience participating on IEP teams and collaborating with educators, families, and community providers.

Responsibilities

• Apply social work and education knowledge through collaboration with teachers, administrators, families, and community providers.
• Use data-based decision-making to monitor student progress and intervene with evidence-based practices.
• Contribute to development and implementation of Section 504 Accommodation Plans as needed.
• Lead equity initiatives and promote culturally and linguistically appropriate practices.
• Support the district's Student Services Team with crisis response and family-school collaboration.
