Job summary

Catapult Learning is seeking a PA Licensed Social Worker to work as the Family Connection Liaison at a Warminster, PA high school. This is a 10-month, full-time or part-time position.

Catapult Learning is seeking a seeking a PA Licensed Social Workers to work as the Family Connection Liaisons at a Warminster non public high school.

Responsibilities

How you’ll be there for students:

Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.

As a school counselor with Catapult Learning, you will:

• Provide individual and group counseling, group guidance lessons, and consultations.
• Consult and collaborate with both school personnel and parents/guardians to develop specific interventions on behalf of eligible students.
• Refer students and families to appropriate community agencies.
• Provide parent involvement workshops.
• Complete documentation in compliance with the School District and Catapult Learning requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
