Hamilton County Schools is seeking a Social Studies educator to plan, deliver, and assess instruction aligned with Tennessee standards. You will design engaging lessons, differentiate for diverse learners, and build strong relationships with students and families.

Applicants should have a Tennessee teaching license for grades 6-12 and be open to ongoing professional development and growth within a high-need setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid Tennessee teaching license in 6-12 Social Studies OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program.

Compensation & Additional Info

• Salary Scale based on education and experience - starting at $50,000.00
• Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
