• Student teaching, approved internship, or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans reflecting district curriculum and student differences.
• Plan instructional activities and use varied strategies and technology per TEA guidelines.
• Assess student learning styles and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Establish goals with staff and coordinate work with aides/volunteers.
