General Education Teacher (Grades 7–12)

Cross Country Education is seeking two passionate and skilled General Education Teachers for a respected charter school in Bridgeport, CT. This is a full-time opportunity for the 2025–2026 school year, teaching General Science or High School Chemistry at the upper campus (grades 7–12). If you're mission-driven and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you! Substitutes and those with a bachelors and at least 12 credits in the subject matter may also apply!

Start Date: August 4, 2025

End Date: June 18, 2026

• Students Begin: August 14

$34-41/hour (based on license and experience) - Licensed Teachers

Substitutes and those with 12 credits of pertinent coursework $30-$33 range

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree – Required

12+ subject-specific credits (if not certified) – Transcript must be submitted

1–2 years of relevant teaching experience – Preferred

Professional Expectations:
