Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a contract School Psychologist for a full-time role at a high school near Spokane, WA, from Aug 27, 2026 through Jun 17, 2027. You will conduct psychological evaluations, collaborate on IEPs, provide counseling and crisis support, and support student learning in a dynamic education environment.

Typical duties include evaluating eligibility for services, working with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining compliant documentation with district/state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or closely related field.
• Experience as a School Psychologist in high school settings is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of evaluation tools, IEPs, behavioral interventions, and special education procedures.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with staff and families.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple evaluations and caseload responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and academic evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs.
• Provide counseling, intervention, and crisis support for students as needed.
• Act as a resource to teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student mental health and learning needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district, state, and federal regulations.
