Qualifications

Master's degree in Educational Leadership/Administration or related field required.
Valid Teaching Certification in Educational Leadership.
Proficient in computer use and email communication.

Responsibilities

Monitor instructional and managerial processes to ensure program outcomes and take corrective actions.
Ensure implementation of curricula and assessments aligned with state standards.
Monitor student data to guide instructional decisions and interventions.
Promote equity, address achievement gaps, and maximize growth for all students.
Consult campus-level committees on planning, operation, and evaluation of programs.
Recruit, mentor, and retain effective teachers and staff.
Provide clear expectations and conduct rigorous evaluations of staff.
