• Designs instruction with lesson plans and diverse learning styles to engage all students.
• Guides learning with clear goals and strategies aligned to standards.
• Evaluates student and class performance using assessment data to adjust teaching.
• Implements best-practice instruction and resources to improve learning outcomes.
• Maintains documentation and required reports including student data and teaching certifications.
• Manages classroom structure to create a safe, orderly learning environment.
• Models professional conduct and promotes respectful communication and inclusion.
• Oversees assistants and volunteers and participates in meetings to support classroom operations.
• Responds to emergencies following school safety protocols.

Education
