Job summary

The Illinois Association of School Administrators seeks a driven leader to lead and administer the total high school program under the general direction of the Superintendent.

Candidates will hold a Master’s or higher degree with an Illinois PEL and appropriate administrative endorsements; Doctorate preferred. Prior district-level experience and high school leadership are highly desirable.

Salary/Benefits

$165,00-$185,000 commensurate with experience. Benefits package includes Board-paid TRS and THIS, family Health, Dental, and Vision, cell phone, and tuition reimbursement. Term life insurance in the amount of annual salary, plus a disability and income protection policy.
