Position: Director of Secondary Academics (Similar role to High School Principal)

Finch House Recruiting is hosting a confidential search in partnership with a K-12 private Christian school outside of Ft. Worth, TX to find their next Director of Secondary Academic to lead its Middle School and High School program, grades 6–12. Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Head of School, the Director of Secondary Academics serves as the instructional leader for grades 6–12, providing leadership for faculty, curriculum, and school culture while fostering an environment where both students and teachers thrive.

This role is primarily focused on developing and coaching teachers, strengthening instructional excellence, and continually advancing the academic program.

With this being a University-Model® school, experience with homeschooling — or a genuine appreciation for the homeschool community — is highly valued. The ideal candidate embraces the unique opportunity to partner closely with parents as co-educators in the academic and spiritual development of their children.
