Worth, TX to find their next Director of Secondary Academic to lead its Middle School and High School program, grades 6–12. Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Head of School, the Director of Secondary Academics serves as the instructional leader for grades 6–12, providing leadership for faculty, curriculum, and school culture while fostering an environment where both students and teachers thrive.

This role is primarily focused on developing and coaching teachers, strengthening instructional excellence, and continually advancing the academic program.
