• Support Parts Operations – assist with parts sales, receiving, stocking, and delivery activities.
• Deliver Customer Service – help internal and external customers with correct parts, on time.
• Maintain Inventory Accuracy – assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
• Learn Business Processes – exposure to Parts, Service, Sales, and Management procedures.

Looking to gain hands‑on experience and build a foundation for a successful career in the equipment industry? As a parts intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to key areas of the business, including Parts, Service, Sales, and Operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop customer service, inventory management, and parts operations skills while learning how a world‑class dealership supports customers every day. $18 – $19 / hour

Program Incentives:

• Paid internship employment at a store location while attending high school (summers, during school breaks, and after class depending on your store location).

What You Will Do:

Support Parts Operations – Assist with parts sales, receiving, stocking, and delivery activities that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the parts department.

Deliver Customer Service – Support internal and external customers by helping ensure they receive the correct parts accurately and on time. Assist in the parts department and showroom.

Maintain Inventory Accuracy – Assist with inventory control efforts, cycle counts, stockroom organization, and identifying inventory discrepancies.

Learn Business Processes – Gain exposure to Parts, Service, Sales, and Management functions while learning company procedures and best practices.

Build Product Knowledge – Proactively learn about equipment, parts, and industry trends to better support customers and business operations.

Promote Safety & Efficiency – Safely operate dealership equipment and follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
