ESTACADA SD 108 Estacada High School is seeking a Paraeducator to support high school students and assist teachers with core instruction for the 2026-2027 school year.

Location: Estacada High School. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7.75 hours/day; Friday 4 hours. Start date: Immediately. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, plus Associates Degree or 72 college hours, plus district training within 6 months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or an Associates Degree or 72 hours of college coursework.
• Instructional Assistant Certificate is acceptable per district requirements.
• MandtRelational and Technical Skills Training to be completed within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with core instruction and promote student success.
• Support high school students in academic activities and behavior management.
• Participate in district professional development and maintain a positive, student-first attitude.
