Job summary

Rappahannock Community College is seeking a High School Navigator to promote college and career readiness among students in the RCC service region. The role includes arranging campus visits, informing students about RCC programs and career pathways, and serving RCC’s high school partners in the Rappahannock and Northumberland areas.

The navigator will guide students toward dual enrollment opportunities, assist with advising, financial aid, and wrap-around services as they transition to college

Responsibilities

• Promote college and career readiness to high school students.
• Arrange campus visits and inform students about RCC programs.
• Travel to and from campuses and employer partners for outreach.
• Provide access to academic advising and financial aid information and wrap-around services for students.
