Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support high school students near Concord, NH, on a contract from March 8, 2027 to June 16, 2027. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, handling a manageable caseload of about 40 students in an educational setting.

The role requires NH OT licensure (or the ability to obtain before start), prior school-based OT experience with high school students, and strong IEP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with NH licensure or ability to obtain before start date.
• Experience as an OT in a school setting, preferably with high school students.
• Strong knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication with students, staff and families.
• Organizational skills for documentation, scheduling and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of ~40 high school students.
• Develop, implement and update individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goals and accommodations.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate with educators.
• Adapt therapy to align with curriculum and student developmental levels.
