Responsibilities

• Assist the principal in developing and supporting school-wide goals and improvement plans.
• Oversee safety and parking operations.
• Serve as liaison between Buildings & Grounds and IT.
• Oversee facility rentals, events, and spaces for athletics and activities.
• Coordinate student course selections and staff needs projections.
• Develop master schedules for teachers and students.
• Schedule school facilities and supervision of staff.
• Evaluate staff and assist with personnel management tasks.
• Develop and implement the building budget and manage procurement.
• Ensure timely reporting of report cards, transcripts, and attendance.
• Supervise staff and coordinate administrative processes.
• Promote partnerships with local businesses.
• Model ethical, trustworthy leadership and professional behavior.
• Coordinate school communications and policies.
