Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• 2+ years of high school math teaching or tutoring experience.
• State Teaching Certification is a plus.
• Strong content knowledge in Algebra, Geometry, and Precalculus.
• Excellent ability to clearly explain math concepts with a patient, motivating teaching style.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual instruction to reinforce concepts in Algebra, Geometry, and Precalculus.
• Prepare students for math sections of standardized tests such as the SAT (we will train).
• Create an encouraging and engaging learning atmosphere.
