• Embrace and implement research-based instructional strategies.
• Establish daily classroom routines and conditions that allow ALL students to access and understand course content.
• Be flexible and adapt to student and school needs.
• Be organized, reflective, participatory and punctual.
• Work cooperatively with team members to improve the instructional program.
• Communicate with parents on student progress and maintain records (attendance, report cards, etc.).
• Effectively use computers and technology to support instruction.
