BRICK Networks seeks to hire High School Math teachers who are committed to serving underserved Black and Brown students. The role requires a flexible, data-informed approach and a collaborative mindset to improve student outcomes.

A valid teaching license or active pathway to obtain one is required. The ideal candidate will foster a positive classroom climate, engage families, and work with coaches to implement BRICK’s iDream values while delivering standards-aligned instruction in a full K-12

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Proficiency with commonly used software (Google Docs/Sheets, Excel).
• Bachelor’s degree required; teaching license or active pathway to acquire one.
• Authorized to work in the United States by start date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency with Black and Brown students from diverse backgrounds.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe classroom environment.
• Use data to inform instruction and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with coaches and peers to share best practices.
