Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics courses in high school, providing students with a strong foundation in mathematical concepts, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with IRCS’s curriculum, integrating faith into all subject areas.
• Encourage critical thinking, spiritual growth, and character development through academic instruction and classroom discussions.
• Utilize dynamic teaching methods, technology, and real-world applications to enhance student learning.
• Foster a love for both Mathematics and God's Word through engaging teaching strategies, discussions, and discipleship opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administration to support student growth, academic achievement, and spiritual formation.
• Actively participate in school events, professional development, and community activities as part of the IRCS team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Teaching credentials in Mathematics, with demonstrated experience instructing high school students.
