Stride, Inc. is seeking a state-certified HS Math Teacher to deliver online coursework through the Ohio Digital Learning School (ODLS). This full-time role supports students remotely, communicates with families, and conducts synchronous teaching sessions while aligning with state standards.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid teaching license for Ohio. The position includes 40+ hours weekly, occasional travel for testing and events, and a $40,000 salary with a $2,000 signing bonus plus
The HS Math Teacher is a highly qualified, state certified educator responsible for delivering specific course content in an online environment. High School Math Teachers provide instruction, support and guidance, manage the learning process, and focus on students’ individual needs. Teachers monitor student progress through the learning management system, and they actively work closely with students and parents/Learning Coaches to advance each student’s learning toward established goals. High School Math Teachers typically work from home but must travel occasionally throughout the year to various school functions, for state testing and as may be otherwise required by the school.
The salary for this position is $40,000 and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus along with the opportunity to earn an annual bonus through the school.
Ohio Secondary Math Teaching Certificate (Integrated Math preferred)

This is a full-time position. Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school.
