POSITION AVAILABLE: High School Math Teacher

POSITION STARTS: Monday, July 27, 2026

SCHEDULE: 7:45AM to 4:15PM, Monday thru Friday in keeping with academic schedule.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

To provide on campus, classroom instruction for middle and/or high school students in a diverse, private school in Jacksonville, Florida.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing appropriate learning experiences for students across a range of cultural backgrounds; ensuring proper classroom etiquette and behavior; preparing and following class appropriate lesson plans.

REQUIREMENTS

Communicating effectively with students and parents concerning student progress, working both independently and with the department team to ensure student success; strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previously taught in a Florida Public or Private School for 3 or more years or
• Bachelor's Degree (4 years from an accredited university)

BENEFITS / COMPENSATION

• Base Salary is negotiable between $38,000 - $42,000 a year
• Participation in 403(b) Retirement Plan is available immediately, upon hire
