Job summary

The Charter School of Wilmington is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Math Teacher to begin August 24, 2026, through early spring 2027, with potential to transition to a full-time role for 2027–2028. You will teach AP Statistics, AP Calculus, Math 1 and Math 2 in a rigorous college-preparatory program.

You will collaborate with instructional leaders to drive student achievement, assess progress data, and foster an inclusive environment for a high-performing student population.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching experience preferred.
• Experience teaching AP courses preferred.
• Commitment to an inclusive, equitable classroom and high student achievement.

Responsibilities
