The role supports diverse student pathways in math education and career-focused pathways. The position is full time, first shift, at Windham Technical High School, with a ten-month academic calendar and 188 days per year.

Qualifications

• Certification and licensure: 029 Mathematics, 4-12 endorsement OR eligibility for a State of Connecticut teaching certificate in the subject area.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high school mathematics instruction aligned to standards.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs and ensure IEP/504 accommodations are implemented.
• Design lessons, assessments, and instructional strategies to promote student growth in algebra, geometry, and higher-level math.
