Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Valid teaching certification in the subject area and grade level.
• Experience with blended learning models and instructional technology.
• Strong understanding of middle and high school curriculum and assessment practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements an instructional program aligned with CSUSA philosophy and course objectives.
• Develops engaging lesson plans with diverse teaching strategies to optimize engagement.
• Delivers subject matter using real-world applications and experiential learning.
• Analyzes student records to tailor instruction and maintain records.
• Learns and applies diagnostic information from IEPs to planning.
• Provides timely feedback and monitors progress to improve outcomes.
