Greenspire School in Traverse City is seeking a full-time High School Math Teacher. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Michigan secondary teaching certification with endorsement in mathematics and possess a passion for fostering mathematical understanding.

You will plan and deliver rigorous math instruction, develop assessments, and collaborate with colleagues on project-based units that connect math to real-world issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field.
• Valid Michigan secondary education teaching certification with endorsement in mathematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of math curriculum and state standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive math lesson plans aligned to standards.
• Develop assessments and monitor student performance via tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.
