KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School is looking for talented, committed, and culturally competent lead teachers who can amplify our children’s potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Classroom Responsibilities

• Ensure that all children are affirmed, valued, and challenged every day.
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment.
• Prepare and internalize rigorous and engaging unit and daily lessons.
• Set specific, ambitious growth goals with all students.
• Innovate on best practices for engaging, differentiated instruction.
• Regularly analyze student work and academic data to modify lessons.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date student grades/records.

School and Professional Responsibilities

• Participate in professional development.
• Take ownership of your craft, seeking and implementing feedback.
• Develop strong relationships with families.
