Qualifications

• Coaching experience or participation in the sport on high school or college levels.
• Completion of CPR and First Aid training or current enrollment.
• Prefer to have a Virginia Teaching License or be a classified employee.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with the head athletic coach.
• Attend all staff meetings prescribed by the head athletic coach.
• Carry out specific duties designated by the head athletic coach.
• Recommend equipment and supplies needed for the sports program.
• Foster a desire to win and good sportsmanship among athletes.
