  • US Person.
  • Completed at least 1 Career & Technical Education (CTE) course focused on a skilled trade.
  • Interested in full-time employment immediately upon high school graduation.
  • High school diploma from partner districts (Blue Valley Schools or Olathe Public Schools) during 2026-27.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing production metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in problem-solving activities to address production issues and minimize downtime.
  • Facilitate implementation of quality control measures to ensure product quality.
  • Learn technical skills such as soldering and troubleshooting equipment.

This position is available in Olathe, KS.

The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

The hourly base range for this position is $18-$22/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Key Responsibilities

Working 1:1 with a mentor, you will apply your current skills and learn to:

  • Facilitate day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, material handling, and equipment maintenance.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Be a US Person.
  • Be enrolled in or have completed at least 1 Career & Technical Education (CTE) course focused on a skilled trade.
  • Be interested in full-time employment immediately upon high school graduation.
  • Have earned a high school diploma from one of our partner school districts during the 2026-27 school year:
    • Blue Valley Schools
    • Olathe Public Schools
