Qualifications

• Licensed KS school administrator (Administrator license).
• Master's degree required or higher.
• 3–5 years leadership experience; AP experience preferred.
• Strong instructional leadership and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as instructional leader and building manager.
• Support student achievement and SEL through instruction improvement.
• Assist with staff evaluation, development and retention.
• Maintain safe, orderly school climate and effective operations.
• Communicate with staff, students and families; participate in district initiatives.
