Job summary

Elma High School in the Elma School District is seeking an Assistant Fastpitch Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. Date Posted 09-28-2026; Duties run roughly March–May 2027 with an extracurricular salary stipend range of $4,110.00–$4,460.00.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, be at least 19, pass WSP/FBI background checks, have a valid First Aid/CPR Card, and demonstrate knowledge of the sport, safety and positive student relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• WSP/FBI background clearance clearance required.
• Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and organization for all levels of the assigned sport/activity.
• Supervise athletes, manage practices, games, and travel as part of school activities.
• Ensure safety procedures are taught and followed for all athletes.
• Coordinate with Head Coach and Athletic Director for season planning and parent communication.
• Maintain knowledge of district rules and regulations related to the sport/activity.
