Qualifications include an associate’s degree or 60 credits, preference for a bachelor's degree, NSCA/ CSCCA certification preferred, and successful background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or 60 credits required.
• NSCA/ CSCCA certification preferred.
• Successful clearance of criminal background check.
• Knowledge and experience training high school athletes preferred.
• Knowledge and experience managing a physical fitness center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and administers the overall strength and conditioning program at Haddonfield Memorial High School.
• Provides leadership and instruction to athletic coaches in the use of fitness center equipment and training of athletes.
• Develops and enforces rules for the high school fitness center.
• Assists Athletic Director in equipment purchase and program development.
• Maintains accurate daily attendance records and schedules maintenance of equipment.
• Maintains repair records and reports for fitness center.
