Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking a Fall Season Strength and Conditioning Coach for Haddonfield Memorial High School.

The role involves developing and supervising a comprehensive strength program for all sports and teaching lifelong fitness, under the Athletic Director or HS Principal. Requirements include a college degree with preference for higher education in physical training, CSCCA/NSCA certification preferred, and criminal background clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Associate's degree or 60 credits completed required.
• National Strength and Conditioning Association or Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association certification preferred.
• Successful clearance of criminal background check required.
• Knowledge and experience in training high school athletes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and administer the overall strength and conditioning program for all sports.
• Provide leadership to athletic coaches in conditioning and equipment use.
• Develop rules and regulations for the high school fitness center.
• Assist in purchase of fitness equipment and training aids.
• Maintain accurate attendance and schedule routine maintenance of equipment.
