Youth Connection Charter School (YCCS) is seeking a creative, energetic, and enthusiastic English/Language Arts Teacher (K-12) to join our small alternative high school. Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree and a Professional Educator’s license with Secondary English endorsement

5. Ability to partner with students individually, in families, or in groups to mobilize resources and address barriers to success
6. Knowledge of principles and practices of staff, school, and organizational development
