• Aid students in monitoring learning progress and promote a growth mindset and self-efficacy.
• Provide individualized assistance both behaviorally and academically through after-school programs.
• Deliver lessons and activities meeting accreditation and program requirements, enabling real-world applications.
• Create an equitable learning environment and preserve learners’ dignity while addressing individual needs.
