Uncommon New York City Charter Schools is seeking a passionate Drumline Coach for its performance team, Cyclone Surge. The ideal candidate will teach percussion fundamentals, manage a team of high school students, and create engaging performance routines.

We are searching for a coach who can build culture, push excellence, and create an authentic drumline experience for our students both on and off the field.

Coaches will receive an annual stipend of 5,000 based on experience and contracted hours per week, paid semi‑monthly.
If at any point during the year, you stop performing these responsibilities before they are fully completed, for any reason, your stipend will be adjusted in accordance.
