• High School diploma or equivalent.
• PERC registration (Illinois).
• CPR certification.
• AED certification.
• CPI Intervention training within two years.
• Restorative Practices training within two years.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate weapons detection system for visitors.
• Greet and manage security stations at entry points.
• Supervise students in hallways, cafeteria, and on buses.
• Perform hallway sweeps and monitor tardy students.
• Conduct student and locker searches with appropriate staff.
• De-escalate conflicts and mediate when needed.
