• Monitor each member's academic standing and eligibility.
• Consult with the Band Director on event scheduling.
• Keep members informed of pertinent information.
• Check and keep an inventory of equipment and uniforms.
• Work with administration, parents, and students on fundraising.
• Organize and supervise tryouts for the incoming year.
• Organize and supervise tryouts for captains.
• Help coordinate their unit within all marching units.
