Job summary

Responsibilities include aiding in safety, teamwork, and sportsmanship while following the Inside Out Coaching Initiative and RJUHSD policies. The position emphasizes collaboration with staff and a focus on positive athletic development.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED Certification and First Aid Card are required.
• Coaching Certificate and NFHS certifications must be current.
• TB test and fingerprint clearance are required per RJUHSD.
• Keenan course and RJUHSD mandated certificates must be completed.
• All coach clearance requirements as stated on the RJUHSD site.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in developing athletes on and off the court.
• Contribute to a coaching philosophy aligned with Inside Out Coaching Initiative.
• Ensure compliance with RJUHSD policies and safety procedures.
