Job summary

Greenfield-Central High School in Greenfield, IN seeks an Assistant Cheer Coach for the 2026-2027 school year to develop, supervise, and actively administer the school’s cheer program.

You will provide instruction, plan and coordinate practices across the season, including out-of-season periods and summer sessions, and collaborate with the Principal and Athletic Department to shape competition and practice schedules.

Qualifications

• Successful coaching experience at the high school level is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead and work with student-athletes, parents, fellow coaches, administration and community.

Responsibilities

• Develop, supervise, and administrate the cheer program.
• Provide instruction, plan, and coordinate practices during the season, out of season, and during the summer.
• Work with the Principal and Athletic Department to develop the competition and practice schedule.
