Job Summary

• Plan and instruct students on District and state standards aligned curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans and goals that meet District expectations.
• Modify lessons, curriculum, materials, and resources as needed to meet individual student needs and varying levels of progress.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress, interpret data, and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Maintain records of student work and develop intervention strategies to support student success.
• Communicate regularly with parents and students regarding progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan instruction and integrate lessons across subjects.
• Work with support staff to address individual student needs and modifications.
• Assign work to student teachers and volunteers, providing feedback.
