Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and supervision for student achievement.
• Promote high student achievement.
• Coordinate interscholastic athletic programs for the high school.
• Coordinate athletic program planning including eligibility, scheduling and discipline.
• Monitor gender equity.
• Teach sport activity to individuals or groups.
• Explain and demonstrate use of apparatus and equipment.
• Explain movement principles and techniques to achieve proficiency.
• Observe students during practice and correct mistakes.
• Review the Code of Student Conduct and district/FHSAA policies.
• Enforce GPA and student eligibility requirements.
• Responsible for equipment and uniforms.
• Attend trainings and staff development activities.
• Explain safety rules and scoring methods.
• Organize and conduct competition tournaments.
• Monitor athletic budget and related operations.
• Assist Athletic Director with scheduling and logistics.
• Order and track athletic equipment through the bookkeeper.
• Supervise equipment inventory and facility use for events.
• Coordinate press information and release details with principal.
• Maintain relationships with recreation groups and colleges.
