Qualifications

• Demonstrate coaching knowledge and ability to teach strategies.
• Possess valid coaching/teaching certifications for eligibility.
• Maintain First Aid/CPR/AED certification current.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach with organizing the program and practices.
• Develop game schedules, practice plans, and facilities use.
• Ensure athlete registration, eligibility, and safety measures.
• Communicate practice and game strategies with staff and parents.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and program budgets.
• Foster sportsmanship, academics, and community relations.
