Qualifications

• Experience coaching baseball at the high school level with student-athletes.
• Must obtain First Aid/CPR, NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, NFHS Concussion in Sports, Heat and Illness prevention.
• Willing to collaborate with NHS staff, parents, administration and boosters.

Responsibilities

• Coach baseball for all levels at Napa High School.
• Develop and implement training, drills, and game strategies.
• Communicate with players, parents, and staff.
• Maintain eligibility and safety compliance.
